Horowhenua Aquatic Centre

Situated in the centre of Levin is the Horowhenua Aquatic Centre with heated indoor pools, 25m main pool, a learners pool, a toddlers pool, 70m Water Slide, 2 Spa Pools, outside trampoline and BBQ area. Great fun for the whole family with lanes for the more serious swimmer.

Lake Horowhenua

Located in Levin, Lake Horowhenua (Punahau) is the largest North Island lake south of Lake Taupo. The lake was a food source for pre-colonisation Maori. Now the lake is the largest Iwi environmental project in NZ with 250,000 trees being planted around the shoreline.
